ABOUT US - BLOOMS AND PETALS FLORIST 

Blooms & Petals Florist will create a beautiful flower arrangement or bouquet for all of your special occasions. We provide a whole range of services including; wedding bouquets, bridal table arrangements, corporate floral arrangements, hospital flowers, funeral and sympathy flowers in Hervey Bay. We are a team of elite floral designers dedicated to giving you beautiful arrangements at low prices. Artistic design and trade meetings are regularly attended by our staff to ensure we give you the best service possible 

Note: Someone must be home to receive delivery of this item. Items containing food and or alcohol will not be left unattended.

 


Never forget your special occasion - We will make contact with you prior to your special occasion in time for you to place your order. We hope this service will prove to be a great assistance to you.

Cancellation of Orders

Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $20 administrative fee, only if notice is received 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.

FAQ's

When do you do deliveries? 
Blooms & Petals Florist deliveries occur during opening hours between 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9:00am to 2:00pm. Blooms and Petals Florist do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. The deadline for placing an order for same day delivery is 3:00pm Monday to Friday and 10:00am Saturday's not including public holidays. Subject to product availability depending on seasons (e.g. fresh flowers).

Can you do an interstate or overseas order and have it delivered?
Blooms & Petals Florist is a member of Interflora, enabling us to organize the delivery of your special gift to anywhere in Australia and Overseas.

Do you sell balloons?
Blooms & Petals Florist stocks a range of different balloons including stick, helium, foil, latex, air walkers, and musical suitable for all occasions. We stock balloon weights and ribbons in a variety of colors.

I saw a product on your website - can you change the flowers and colors?
Blooms & Petals florist have an extensive range of products available for purchase on our website. Provided we have the stock on hand on the day we are happy to change flower types and color(s).

I only have a small budget - will you be able to do something for me?
Blooms & Petals Florist create budget bouquets and arrangements to suit your budget.
